Once an RO system is installed, Medro Systems continues to work with and support our customers in the ongoing maintenance of their systems. We support our customers and their systems by providing both regularly scheduled maintenance and phone or site visits as requested.
- During Monthly or Quarterly Customer Site visits we record and evaluate the performance of a customer’s RO system. Regular site visits can help to identify maintenance needs before they affect your system’s performance.
- We also service equipment on an as needed basis either with a:
- Physical call to customer’s location
- Telephone communication/troubleshooting with customer’s service personnel
